Part of Martin’s re-imagined Standard Series, the OM-42 now features antique white binding and a Modified Low Oval neck with High Performance Taper. It still features a solid Sitka spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides. Elegant appointments include abalone trim around the top (including connecting link around fretboard extension as on D45), abalone rosette, tortoise plastic pickguard, and a bound ebony fretboard with 45-style snowflakes. This acoustic guitar offers rich, resonant tone, a comfortable body size, and elegant style.
